Leah is proficient at identifying and overcoming obstacles that might arise, making the process of securing an SBA loan as simple and quick as possible for her clients.
After graduating from UCF with a degree in Business Administration and Finance, Leah was selected for an elite commercial training program through one of the top 10 banks in the country — where she gained a deep knowledge of commercial lending, SBA lending, and business cash flow cycles.
Leah prides herself on her ability to get creative and think outside the box, using her expertise to structure custom loans that meet the unique needs of each business.
