As Director of Operations for Fund-Ex Solutions Group, Rachel supervises every aspect of the Operations Department. She oversees all vital elements, including onboarding, loan closing, and funding — as well as customer service, construction processes, secondary market sales, and reporting requirements. Rachel is also responsible for document and data integrity to ensure compliance with Fund-Ex Solutions Group and SBA policies.
She brings 20 years of experience from various commercial lending disciplines to the company. Her history includes construction, real estate, and liquidation — with 16 years in multiple facets of SBA 7(a) lending.
